We develop a platform that finally helps hotels to get in touch with their guests while they are in their rooms. We do that by replacing common hotel hardware like guest directories, telephones and feedback forms with tablet PCs. At the same time we increase hotel revenues (upselling services like Spa treatments or roomservice through push-notifications), simplify hotel processes (e.g. check-out from within the room) and make our customers customers (hotel guests) very happy by providing a large number of additional services (music, VoD, newspapers, information on the city, buying tour tickets etc.). - customers in 10 European countries - After testing our solution hotel chains have rolled SuitePad over all properties - We combine SaaS and Advertising revenues in a smart way
