Optiopay is a Fintech start-up based in Berlin and created in 2014 by three successful serial entrepreneurs (notably former Rebuy CEO, Marcus Börner). Our mission is to create a new performance based advertising channel by processing payments from companies to their employees or their customers. We aim to be the #1 payment processing software system for companies that deals with payments to individuals, and by doing so, to generate a competitive Ad Network.
