The Problem: Nowadays SMB's find it very difficult to find workers in the low tech sector. For example I used to work at restaurant and we were always looking for a new waiters, cooks and bartenders. So we posted ads on Facebook, in the local newspaper or even put up a sign in front of our business. This way isn't efficient. It is time consuming and frustrating. The Solution: To solve this problem we've build GetJob. GetJob connects low tech job seekers with local SMB's. It like LinkedIn for the low tech sector. KPI's and Achievements: We have 10,000 downloads in Israel and Germany. Currently we're at the Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator program in Berlin. On the 6th of September we’ve won the Start Up Night competition in Berlin and we're going to present at the Web Summit in Dublin on the 4-6th of November. The app is available on the App Store and on Google Play.
