Belegmeister generates travel expense reports from nothing but photos of your receipts! No typing, less hassle, more of your precious time! Belegmeister offers the easiest way to report business travel expenses in only two steps: • simply take a picture of your receipts on the go using your smartphone and • upload them to the Belegmeister server. That’s it. When you come home, a fully compliant expense report will be waiting for you in Excel or PDF format – forget about the paper work! Using your pictures Belegmeister generates the expense report combining OCR and intelligent data processing. It automatically identifies all relevant data on the receipt and processes them according to the relevant legal provisions. Therefore, Belegmeister interfaces with a state-of-the-art cloud service back end that was developed by the Belegmeister team itself. Belegmeister is currently available in German only! Internationalizition is planned for late 2015.
